Hi guys,
I have quite a bad draft which I am 99% sure is coming from the gap between the french doors and the concrete floor (see picture attached)
Could I resolve this by using a bathroom silicone to seal the whole gap? are there any other better methods to resolve this?
Thanks.

Pretty much any sealant with a good expansion rate (% stated on the tube usually) should do fine . Avois adhesives like no nails in case you need to lift the gripper rod at some point , also the usuall do not expand much.
Frame sealants are perhaps better than silicone they are designed to go around timber /upvc to brick concrete and have a bit of give.

Thanks for the advice. I am thinking of using DOW 796 then. Seems to be the right one for the job.
