Which galaxy is this

Do you know which galaxy this is.
I’ve tryed to do a reset but still goes back to adt heading .when I power up I can use tag to change from alert however when I try to set it displays zone 1 tamper (which I looked out ) but then ask for a manger code which I don’t know .
If I press A it say abort tamper 1001
If I press B it says part set /night set
On the system I have I put in code then A or B does anyone know how to reset this system thanks

G2 12?

ADT may have there own variant of firmware mind, galaxy guy best person on here to advise I suspect

The -36 on the firmware part number means it's an ADT version galaxy 2-12. Zone 1 is shorted with a wire, so that will definitely cause the tamper. Other zones are open, so they will also tamper. The other board is an RF portal for wireless devices. PM me if you want specific advice to moved forward.

Ye that was the only zone with a wire cut in it but I looped it to try reset iv dm you

Sorry went into option 56 and deleted the the phone number all reset after that
