Can I have some advice on how this should be connected up please.

I tried a straight telescopic waste but because I had to stretch the pipe to get it in line, it was leaking.

What’s the best fitting for this please?

You can get spigot/street 45/135 degree elbows, cut further down, x2 of those and in line trap(y)

Oh and I'd replace the flexi pipes that are being used to extend the copper to the tap flexi tails ... that's a leak just waiting to happen IMO.

How is all that being hidden too? Looks too far over for a pedestal to cover it?

Thanks guys.
Will alter the tap pipes. The pedestal hides everything.

isn’t this with a straight bottle trap the easiest solution?

Yes, a bottle trap and a flexipipe will do the job but it just isn't right, If you know what I mean especially if it's a new install.

If it's all new in, then the solvent weld pipework really should all line up, more or less, together.

And how many times do we get... "oh! Now I've seen it in position, I think it'd look better further over to the right/left, and could you move it up/down a bit too?" :cautious::sick::LOL:

Yeah for sure D, hate to count how many time things like that have had to move, there's always a caveat now with the 1st fix - "now are you sure that's where it's going because once the floor or wall is in it won't be moving easily!!"

Trouble is mate, the "types" that ask are also usually the "types" that don't heed warnings or caveats :D:sneaky:

I also tend to add - "oh and it will obviously cost extra in time and materials if it needs to move" that seems to focus them somewhat :sneaky:

S trap. Or bottle trap using street elbow 32mm elbow into trap
