Just a thought - its a 190L cylinder, but I wonder if the 3Kw immersion heater might be too short for the cylinder and only heating the upper levels of water?

This is a CH and HW boiler,that is installed same way as a gas heat only boiler, it is not suitable for use with storage heaters only wet central heating

I think the stat is set to 65°.

The immersion runs down about 2/3 depth of cylinder.
