People who use Johnson's first name give the impression that they are swallowing his lies and spin. I hear them in the pub - "Boris" this and "Boris" that. Intelligent people, old enough to know better but never learn.
We've all been here before with a highly charismatic, accomplished and amiable politician in recent years. He was all charm and false bonhomie too. Johnson is just another lying charlatan, who will get away with selling the country down the river. Just like Blair.
Yet people keep falling it every time.
We hear a lot about taking back control, but then that control will be handed to someone who illegally closes down our parliament. Suddenly, 'control' doesn't sound so appealing.
