Remote Conrol Problems On Old Wicks Alarm System.

I have an old Wicks 6 zone wire free alarm system (710741) no longer supported or sold by the store. This morning the armed Control Panel would not disarm using the remote control, in fact from all three remotes the Control Panel would not respond. The Control Panel is "alive" with manual input via the press buttons responding. Any ideas of what the problem could be much appreciated.

no idea have to find a manual, are these radio fobs?

Yes, I guess so. Transmission of a predetermined frequency to the Control Panel like a car fob I suppose.

I seem to remember these panels were rascal made by Guardall if that's any use.

Of course I could be wrong (I've been wrong before according to my Mrs)

Wrong ....it’s a response re-badged alarm ...although wickes did use rascal alarm panels but these where hardwired only
