If it helps - this system was extended and adopted by Chubb, they've provided an extra keypad (that looks as per original system) and lots of work. There's nothing to see at the panel (white box) and I'm almost certain a tamper there will not be user-resetable.

Can anyone identify (or a good guess) the system or manufacturer from this keypad?

The real aim at present to walk-test the installation (but we should be able to do other basic checks too) - there is only setting information available.
I'm hoping the user code will allow walk-testing as we want to ID each sensor - a false alarm code (like "DT F RHC") wasn't of any use and Chubb took over an hour on the phone to (not) identify it.

Does anyone recognise the new PIRs ?

Do you have a conservatory?

are there two sensors or two conservatories, right hand side and left hand side?

("DT F RHC") --- Try this, "DualTec front right hand corner" and similar for other areas

Surprised your company or other engineers here didn't know that one, it's easy.

Have fun.

have seen lhc and rhc for the dual tecs facing left and right in a conservatory more than once.

however looking for sensor/sensors located in the Right hand side and Front almost certainly.

Thanks all. I'll d/l a galaxy user manual and look for S 31 (and any escape sequences).

- front rh corner makes sense (if viewed 'outwards'!). If I can walk-test it we'll know for sure ...

Normally companies like Chubb will leave a list of the names and locations of all equipment on site to assist engineers , I take it you have no paperwork?

If you still have a contract with Chubb I would be asking if they could send an engineer to do a walk test for you

Sorted, many thanks.

Indeed right hand corner - but facing in or out ?? [Was facing the building from outside].
All zones recorded now - not the best panel I've worked a keypad on, rather fiddly and time consuming doing this from a user aspect.
