Notch, shut up.
fillyboy cant handle pragmatism.

I dont like the EU, I never have it has many failings: Eurozone, CAP etc etc.

If there had been an honest debate on Brexit with real issues discussed, its possible I could be persuaded.

But brexit is just a propaganda campaign entirely fabricated for Johnson to get elected.

Either way, that is not the point.

If, according to Johnson, lowering corporation tax leads to more revenue, then, according to Johnson, postponing the reduction will result in less revenue so cannot enable more spending on whatever.

Feel free, by all means, to point out which of Johnson's statements is the lie. One of them must be.

He doesn't care. He's just posting rubbish.
The most dangerous thing in current politics is the Trumpification.

We are now in a phase where politicians can tell lies and they arent challenged and the public dont care.

Last night Johnson blatantly repeated his narrative that his deal means the UK will leave the EU 'entirely whole'.
this is the same deal which last year he said he would never do.

I've always been of the belief that lower corporation tax leads to more revenue by increasing inward investment, the 'Celtic Tiger' economy of a few years back is probably a good example. The problem with this is it carries on going round in circles, we'll lower corporation taxes, EU will lower corporation taxes and so on ad infinitum.
I don't believe the current lack of revenue can be blamed on low corp tax, more non existent tax for the likes of Google and Amazon, and that's a problem that Globalisation has thrown up whereby companies are domiciled in so many countries but the revenues are simply shifted around until little or no tax is paid.

Agreed, what Johnson is saying is a complete contradiction, although he is only talking about postponing the lower corporation tax, I assume because it would take several years for any benefits to be reaped whereas services need more money now, immediately.

Anyway, excellent news about NI for lower earners.
