Hikvision Darkfighter or Hikvision colorvu.

whats your budget?
remember its about having the correct spec cameras, not the highest spec cameras or cheapest.

Thanks Jonbey. It looks really good but on the write up it seems to be an indoor rather than outdoor camera. Do they have a model that is ourdoors/weatherproof?
Just invested in thNeo Smartcam but it won't work with my Virgin wifi. Evidently it wont work on 5Ghz, only 2.4. Not being technically minded I don't know how to get round this.

your rouer should do both 2.4 and 5, make sure your ssid can been seen as different between the 2.4 and the 5

I have Reolink cameras, wired with POE recording 24/7 to a synology NAS running Synology surveillance station. Happy with it.

Like Adam 182 I have the Reolink.

I bought three Panasonic PTZ cameras about 4 years ago and was disappointed in the back up from the manufacturers.

A bloke who also went down the Panasonic route has recently changed to Reolink and installed 5mp bullets £70 each and 5mp PTZ £250ish with a 4TB NVR off ebay and feels they are very good value.

I have just received the Four 4K and 2TB NVR direct from Reolink at £420 ish and have got 2 on the go so far and have to say the night view is better than the Panasonics. Having said that its amazing how cameras have both improved and cone down in price.

Obviously the 4K items I have do not compare to th 4K ones from Panasonic but they a one tenth of the price.

I will post up an image later copied from the 4K TV screen.
