Why? I was just pointing out the silliness of your post about seeing a truly starving person. I didn't realise you wanted me to tell you what to do with your life.. lol.
I haven't seen many things, doesn't mean that I am saying they don't happen. Just seemed to me you were chipping in pointlessly or just posting to back up your chum JohnD. Taking of JohnD, I see you haven't questioned him on his remark supposing I haven't seen Phillip Green's multi million pound yacht in this post on foodbanks. Why? Can you explain to me the non-silliness of that remark because he's gone all quiet on it?

Because sitting in the street with a sign like that could be taken as begging, and since begging is illegal, they choose to sit in silence, collecting cash.

I've long since learned to ignore JohnD when he goes off on tangents and I certainly am not going to speak for him - how odd for you to ask.
I was merely pointing out your ridiculousness about never seen a real starving person in the UK and you seemed to say it as some sort of way of belittling those people you see 'feast' on sausage rolls and sarnies.
There are plenty of people who are starving in this country, who go without food who do not beg.
Just because people don't 'see them' while walking around doesn't mean it's not happening.
When somebody loses his job due to terminal cancer and asks for benefits, ihavenojob says that is 'begging'.
What a nice person ihavenojob is, to be proud of his smug beliefs.

And I am talking about people who are sitting in the street, cross legged on a blanket, saying nothing and not having a sign around their neck, but gratefully accepting any cash going their way. If they're not begging, it would be better if they said "keep your money and give it to a good cause, I,m only sitting here because I couldn't find a seat"

You won’t get an answer to that - Notchy, who only deals in facts, throws false quotes like confetti to suit his argument. Basically, he's an out and out liar. I’m still waiting for him to show me where, according to him, I said "Black families are all thieves”. He clammed up and quietly deleted it but luckily I had quoted him and he couldn’t delete that. Oh yes, he's a dirty f'cking liar, no question about it. Can anyone find this quote from him? No, me neither because the pathetic sh1t deleted it when he was called out about it. And then went quiet.
