From the outlet with or without hose attached. Seems like something internal is not shutting off the water supply tightly enough.

Just put the old solenoid back in, dripping has stopped. Suggests the new solenoid is not shutting off the water supply tightly enough. The old one is a third party brand, the new one is Mira branded because identical third party branded one was out of stock. Seems crazy that the genuine Mira one wouldn't work properly!?
