Hi all,

Hope you are well.

My mother has a Halstead iHeat 35c combi boiler which is leaking. Pictures below show where the leak is coming from.

I have traced it back to a part, with part number 10030114.

Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on how to remedy the issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

That part number relates to a Vokera, not a Halstead, but the usual remedy would be to call in a boiler engineer to repair it

In the throws of Halstead going bust (and being taken over by Glen Dimplex) it appears they went down the well trodden route of re-badging other manufacturers boilers...so you've actually got a Vokera boiler.
Not sure which model but I'd guess it's from about 10 years ago. Call someone in to replace the part but if you tell them it's actually a Vokera (and a cheap part) they might not run a mile.

That part is the r/h section of the waterblock, I'd be inclined to get an engineer to confirm before ordering as that isn't a component that would be expected to give a problem.

It would be about 10 years old and a Unica derivative.

If you ring marketing with your postcode they should be able to recommend an engineer doing repair work in your area.

Not actially her job but Margaret is very helpful, 01727 744002
