Running coax cabling beside mains cable

I am going to install some CCTV and needing to run the cabling from my loft to the camera at my front door.
I already have a mains cable 1.5mm twin and earth ran down for soffit lights, can I use the same path to get the coax cable down or do I need to use another path?
The system is Hikvision POC DVR and cameras.

the issue is interference, so it depends on how much is exposed and how long, try and keep apart as much as possible

What I will do is just use the holes drilled from loft to cupboard and cupboard floor into the garage and I will separate it in the loft and in the garage so only real point of close contact will be in the holes.
How far apart do the cables really need to be?
