Hello to all as a new poster here. I have a Worx brushless drill. It was 2 years and ten months old when l contacted Worx stating that the drill was faulty (3 years guarantee), it kept stopping or wouldn't start at all. Many emails have passed backwards and forwards concerning the repair (the latest below). I was eventually asked to send the drill off to them, that was the 25th November, here we are nearly a month later, still no drill.
After some digging it seems like there are maybe hundreds of complaints both here and abroad of crap or no service.
AVOID AT ALL COST....DREADFUL COMPANY.
