Hi,
I have a upvc panel in my porch that has an old cat flap. Want to remove cat flap and replace upvc panel with a new one, but I can't get the old panel out, the strips that hold it in place are rock solid, I'll damage them if I try any more. Anyone know of anywhere that sells upvc sheets that I can cut to size to clad over the old panel?

I've found pvc panels, but pvc isn't UV stable and will degrade, want the same upvc that porch/conservatory panels are made of but I'm struggling to find it. Need approx 2-3mm thick, 75cm x 75cm.

Thanks.

Thanks, but I think those are 'pvc' sheets, rather than 'upvc' sheets. I was told pvc was no good for it as it wasn't UV stable and its a different material to what is used in windows/doors/conservatory panels?

I've never heard of the beading not coming out - maybe ask on the windows and doors section.

Think it's meant to, it's just a very tight fit and I don't want to damage the beading trying. I'll ask over there, thanks.
