Hello
I have the above in my garden but can’t find out which ones they are as I need to buy 8x.
They have what Alpert’s to be symmetrical circular dots over most of the slab with no other distinguishing marks.
Someone mentioned them at £2.50 each..
Ideas what they are called?
Cheers

A picture might help, unusual the small pimples are usually on the underside, are you sure they are not laid upside down?

Yes they look "downside up" to me.;)
Lift one if you can do so without doing damage and see what the front is like, easier to search by image on line then.
You might be able to confirm by looking at the edges many slabs taper very slightly towards the top face so they come out of the mould better.

Looks the same!?

Ha ha ok cool
They look quite expensive for what they are compared to others?

I think they are the sort of heavy duty slabs used in public paving maybe whoever laid yours worked for the council!;)
Just a long shot but have a look at grey slabs in DIY stores and see if the backs are anything like your pattern.(y)

Your first pic is as said slabs laid upside down, water mould paper indentation.

Second pic is correct way up.
These are by the looks of it standard pressed grey paving.
450x450x40 or 50 mm, some seem to be 450x600?

Same as footprints post?

Well that's because you asked for a link to these slabs.
I dont usually read replies as chances are i already know as i was in the paving industry for over 30yrs.

Pick a slab up and go to a merchants, get told same thing, Buy slabs.

They are indeed upside down. They're often called "council slabs" but they are a very common, cheap-to-make type of slab used across industry and available to the public widely -- it's just that (for reasons above) councils have tended to use them.
