Hi,
I am being sent a new BT router as the existing one has developed an intermittent fault.

Once installed how do I change the SSID on Smartcom.

Sure this must have been asked before, did a quick search but couldn't find a post.

Thanks

Dave

if you haven't changed the access to the smart com

press the orange raised button for a few seconds.
the smart com wifi ssid should now be availble
log into it with passphrase
192.168.2.1 in the web browser (think that's its ip address on smart com wifi ssid, it will be in the manual).
select the new wifi ssid of the new router
enter the password.

remember to turn of the routers smart settings

Probably easier to change the SSID and password on the new router to the same one as the old router. All wifi devices should re-connect to the new router without any issues then.

Sounds like an easy option.
Thanks
