Resting radiator on the floor?

The 30cm high radiator below can be seen set at half way down the skirting board. Would there be any issues with having such a radiator sitting resting on the wooden floor so that, although attached to the wall, the wall isn't taking of the weight? Obviously it would look unusual but it would be in a position where it won't be easily observed. This is just to get it under something.

Another option might be a 25cm or 20cm high rad is it exists. Thanks.

Generally radiators need an airflow underneath to perform a convection current, I’m not saying it wouldn’t work, but might not benefit much heat to the room.
 
You can get cast feet
Unfortunately the feet wouldn't be suitable for this as would need the radiator to sit no more than 30cm above the floor. So the 30cm tall rad would have to sit on the floor, alternatively a rad which is 25cm or 20cm tall if it exists.
