Detached 4 bedroom house. 1 bathroom and 2 electric showers. 10 radiators.
Radiators are old Stelrads installed in 1976..
Original boiler was a floor mounted Potterton with immersion cylinder. After loft conversion Baxi installed in downstairs utility room.
Baxi now 15 years old and has gradual pressure loss.
Will be replacing rads with Stelrad K2s.
I believe that the Baxi has a small internal storage tank?
Unfortunately no room in utility for a cylinder.
Any suggestions for a replacement boiler?

If it is a baxi 105 Instant it has DHW pre heat facility not an actual internal storage tank, if just a 105 it doesnt, lots of boilers these days have a pre-heat facility

You can get storage combi’s, but considering the bathroom and electric showers, I would say it’s not needed.

Apologies both-it is a Maxflow Combi WM and not a 105...
Most modern combis @ 30KW will give very similar flow rates to the storage combi that you have , for your set up you dont need a storage combi, some standard combis will even give better flow rates than your old storage combi
