Father in law had to call the AA out today, one of the bolts holding the injector clamp in had worked loose.
It was tightened but there is still pressure chuffing out of the injectors, I’m assuming some seals have gone.
The bolts and seals are readily available, i understand the bolts are stretch type.
It may be a straightforward job but has anyone done one before?
Car is a 2011 Audi Q5 with the 2.0 140 Bhp common rail engine.

A couple of points here:
Use genuine VW or Bosch seals (its the thick copper one at the bottom of the injector that will be leaking)
But replace them all.....note any O ring colour as the set contains more than one application.
If the injector pulls out, them great but if it doesn’t dont hammer on with the thing, seek professional help.
Its a stretch torx screw holding them in, use a new one.
Fingers crossed for a fix first time!
John :)

Allow me to add.....
Theoretically you are supposed to renew the injector pipe too - they don’t take kindly to bending.
I didn’t, but got away with it as far as I know!
(This was one a 150 bhp VAG diesel common rail, but I don’t know the engine code)
