When my youngest plays football, the home side has to offer hospitality to the visiting side.

My heart sinks when we walk into the pub, post - game, to be greeted by the standard taps of the estate pub ; carling, Guinness extra cold, coors light, Worthington, and strongbow. Oh, and Stella.

And those places are usually the port-of - call for the bloke straight from work (builder types, who look like they have been rolling around in a ditch / sealant / plaster)

There really is so much more to life.

'The Front' on Falmouth Quay normally has at least a dozen real ales, all good, but for atmosphere, 'The Oddfellows' is hard to beat.

I though the exact same thing when I saw it on the news last night.

And then I was thinking maybe it wouldnt have been safe for the driver to wear a hazmat suit.
maybe he will go into quarantine too -he would want to risk infecting his family

wouldn't surprise me if he's driving kids to school on that bus come monday morning - the powers that be sometimes don't seem to think too clearly

It was said on the news that the drivers volunteered for the job, after the run they are given two weeks leave on full pay (quarantine)

The reason given that the drivers were not wearing Hazmat suits were that the passengers were at the rear of the coaches and not a risk
The Coaches taken out of Service and "Deep Cleaned"

Ah ok.

Apparently the criteria used for whether people are at risk is if they have been within 2 metres of a person with the virus for at least 15 mins
