^^^^they should DNA-test that lot, then smear the lot all over the owners:evil:
To be fair, some kind person regularly hangs empty carrier bags on the trees along the path through the woods for dog owners to place their bagged up poo's in. They just haven't collected them this week yet.

I expect that there is also no bins for them to put it in.

Are you sure it's not just some other dog owner who, not wanting to carry their dog's shoite home, just "double bags" it, and hangs it there anyway?

Nah, whoever it is has been doing it for years. I think it’s the same person who puts a dustbin in the corner of several fields - all public footpaths.

Presuming they're a dog owner themselves, they would be redundant if the other dog owners were as responsible as they are......

Is he licensed to transport 'clinical waste'?

Don’t think so. Probably fed up seeing bags of poo dropped in the fields and woods.

It wasn't a serious question. I knew a bloke some years back who ran a company that among other things, had dog wardens and poo bins for councils, had contracts all over the country. He installed the bins and provided wardens to empty them on a regular basis, very successful chap but I would imagine that part of the business was decimated by the council cuts.
I happened to ask one day what he did with all the dog eggs and he said it was stored 'somewhere' then taken away on a weekly basis to special sites dealing with clinical waste. Seemed a bit extreme, I thought landfill would have been ok.
