Hi all,

I am pretty novice at DIY and am looking to attach a TV bracket to a dot and dab wall.

I have chosen to go with the Corefix fixings as they seem to be the best for this application to bridge the gap between the plasterboard and the solid wall behind. The problem is they only do countersunk screws and not pan heads. When attaching TV brackets, one usually uses pan heads together with washers. Should I use countersunk washers instead or will the countersunk screws when tightened be fine against the flat washers?

Thanks...

it doesnt matter, all that will happen is that flat washers, if thin, might bend a bit.
