Still no joy pump still humming on 3 beginning to think theres some sort of air lock messing with the flow god knows where pump is auto bleed all rads bled and no air in them and all hot on setting 3 trying to souce and engineer to come have a look as im out of ideas ...trying to get somebody round Doncaster appears a right task!!

I thought you were going to try rebalancing with the pump on 2. What happened?
Are you bleeding the rads with the boiler/pump tured off and the water cold? You also need to bleed the ground floor before the first floor.
Hi I did rebalance with the pump on 2 and no change
Bled rads with boiler off and rads cold ground floor 1st no air released
Only thing that hasn’t been changed is that Myson Aerjec been on over 25years plus (it feels very hot is that the nor)....isn’t that supposed to release air into the f&e tank above ...the pump I have is also self bleeding .
Still waiting for a response from some local gas engineer local but getting little response at the minute

The Aerjec has a reputation for getting blocked up. Use a magnet to check the pipes connected to the Aerjec for blockage.

Cheers D-Hailsham and everybody else had an engineer out today and he feels certain it’s the Aerjec that’s causing the issue having inspected the system ...so gonna start by having a new one installed on Friday don’t know how much it’s costing yet but the part is only cheap so happy that hopefully it will be resolved

I really wouldn't bother with another Aerjec...they were trying to solve a problem that didn't really exist.
Just replace it with standard H pattern close coupled equal tees...they work just as well. Your heating eng. will know.
