What is wrong with the pump Andy, any ideas ?
Cold water was coming through ok so I assume the hot side has died. Shame I can’t find same pump as I now have to have pipes moved no doubt and there isn’t a lot of space.
Dreading the quote. If I have to buy the pump recommended above at £360 then labour on top! To top off all my other issues I wake to 2 fence panels on the floor!
Might be cheaper for me to move house.

The pump doesn't heat water and the shaft turns both impellers, is one incoming pipe to the pump warm? Believe that there are filters where the braided hoses join the pump - Worth checking.
The two horizontal copper pipes really need altering to vertical so it is only a few foot of pipes.

The mystery continues. I had a plumber out who said the pump is ok as hot works to the shower which is directly behind the airing cupboard where the pump is. He thinks the problem is with the shower pictured below but I am confused. There are 2 flexible white pipes in the airing cupboard going towards the extension where the problem shower is.
On the problem shower is a main headset and another fitted to the wall.
If I turn on full cold the shower seems to work full pressure. If I turn to warm or full hot it trickles but does get hot .
What does that mean? Could just the hot be blocked somewhere or in the shower itself? I took it off the wall temporarily to check if it was tiled as he suggested a new shower. He did suggest replacing the pump as well but I think that was due to the noise which it has always had. It has 2 pipes about 38 inches high so not sure what shower I can have. Might be a it low.

First up good on the guy for investigating rather than just throwing a new pump in.
Those sort of one piece bolt to the wall showers with the body jets could be found in the magazine in Sunday papers once upon a time, to me they are terrible things for which you will have a headache sourcing parts. I would remove it and start again.

I’m looking to remove it but fit what? Ideally I don’t want to move the pipes but they are only an inch apart. I assume the only option then is another tower as they will use the flexi pipes.
Only thing looking at these most have a fixed head which stickers out and I need a swivel head that points down as the shower is opposite the shower door. Most of these will spray out all over the place.

2 options -
1. Replace with another shower panel
2. Be prepared to move the outlets - They can be moved and then a nice piece of stainless steel can be fitted to cover the hole in the tile

2. The existing pipes are an inch apart and tiled and no access to behind. I do have spare tiles but could do without a big hole in the wall. The pipes from the airing cupboard are white pushfit so not sure what is on the other end. All I see is the 2 flexis screwed to brass knuckles.
I still don’t understand how cold comes out strong but hot trickles? The flexis connect to the shower then multiple heads on shower. Could it be a. Locked pipe?
Have you taken the flexi's off and checked the flow direct from the elbows? That would be my next test. If it does then it's the (thermo?) shower valve itself.
Seriously struggling to find a decent tower shower replacement. Never heard of any of the makes and all have good and bad reviews. Dont companies like Mira etc make tower showers. Cant find anywhere to view them in the flesh either. Go to a shop and they have 1 or 2 if any on show.
