i have had a new boiler fitted recently by a Boxt but unable to get all rads heating
I have had a power flush numerous other jobs done but 3 story building only 3 rads on top floor heats up to a required heat.
It seems Return to boiler not efficient

What did they say when you called them back?
Did they test everything before leaving site? and show it all working?

You do not say oil or gas, oil often still simple on/off, most gas now modulate, with a modulating boiler the unit reduces output once hot water returns, so even it the lock shield valve is not set on one radiator that can allow the return of hot water which will turn down output meaning other radiators will not heat up.

Also the circulating water temperature of a modulating boiler is lower than a non modulating boiler.

What type of boiler was fitted? System, combi or heat only (the pump is separate )

Call them back. Making sure the system is working properly should be part of the job, although "throw it on the wall and run away" installation companies such as this may disagree.

How many times have we heard that one... "it worked before you came!" :cautious:

I had this last week from a customer, she said her towel radiator is not heating up. I explained that all I done was replace her kitchen mixer and their were isolation valves under the sink.

Another customer to avoid! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
