Only good manufacturer I know that makes them are Hansgrohe - They're Raindance panels are pretty good. That being said I'm not sure if they still do them .. need to check, not cheap though.

Have spent ages on the web and not seen any by that make. The other problem I have is most of them dont have swivel head and the ones that dont stick out quite far. Issue is it's opposite the door so need one that angles down and doesnt protrude too much. Have shortlisted this one. Have you checked the flow to the shower panel as Madrab suggested?
