replace double dimmer with normal switch

hi,
we have a double dimmer switch in the conservatory that I'd like to replace with simple switches.
it is wired as per the attached photos.

do I need to buy any special kind of 2 gang switch?

is the wiring straight forward to swap to the new switch?

No special two gang switch is required. The Termination points might be labeled differently but it should be easier enough to work out how they go once you have your New switch. Buy that and if you have issues post an update for help.
