Pyronix problem

Hi, I just installed a Pryonix Enforcer with wireless expander/devices and wifi, all seem to work ok!!

I have the pro+ app, I can set and unset any/all areas but when I enter the front door to disarm via the (wired) RKP the system goes into full alarm, from the hall DT, found that the door contact is not triggering the entry start timer, I have the door contact as fx/timed (tested the contact on walk test and works fine) and the hall DT as entry route.

The other issue is I can only set 1 area (A,B,C,D) only via the RKP, is this normal?!?!

Programmed wrong by a united fan ...

If you dont mind can you point me in the right direction!!

So entry door is definitely on 07 Fx ? What areas is it assigned to ?
And hall is definitely programmed as 08 entry
