When removing tank from the loft, even after draining some water is in the bottom of the tank below the cold water tappings. Plumbers have many ways of getting rid of the water to remove the tank. What methods do you guys use?

Sponge and bucket for me to get small amounts of water out or a dustpan into a bucket as it has a nice flat bottom
