Indesit Larder Fridge keeps producing ice on rear wall

Hi
I have a Indesit Larder Fridge and it produces ice on the back wall also certain food like jelly and fruit in the fridge ices up
I have pulled it away from the wall so that the fins are not touching the wall cleaned all the cobwebs from the back and changed the thermostat but to no avail
any more suggestions please.

The temperature dial has no numbers
