Neff electric hob

Hubby took out our old Hotpoint hob. We purchased. Neff hob and the wiring is totally different.
He knows a little bit but is confused. We have a black wire and don't know where this has to go.

Any help would be appreciated .
Ps have called couple of people but can't get anyone out for a few days

The diagrams are for different types of supply.

Almost certainly yours is a single phase supply.

The two blues are Neutrals
The Brown is Live
The Black is very likely to also be Live and connects to one of the three linked terminals.

The connections at the other end of the cable will show if the Black is a Live
