Hello
When emulsion painting a wall with a brush what technique do you use to leave the least brush marks please?

I know that you apply the paint in all directions to work in the paint. But when that's finished do you lay it off with vertical or horizontal strokes, or just leave it with strokes in all directions?

I have watched some videos online, but their advice seems to contradict one another, so thought I would ask here...

Any tips are appreciated
Thanks Robin

A 5 or 6 inch brush - dip just an inch in the paint ( held in a bucket) start with a dry brush. Lay off with random strokes lightly. Do strips about 12 - 18 inches wide floor to ceiling - And keep the wet edge going ! Good Luck;)
