Window Leak - Weep Holes?

I would remove the external trims and re silicone.

and check whether the cill weep holes are not blocked -any water getting into the direct glazed light will run down the bottom rebate an discharge into the cill -the cill is a hollow extrusion so the water should run out of drain holes underneath but clearing the brickwork -if they are blocked the water can get out at the ends of the cill if the ends arent sealed

I'll remove the trim and re-silicone.

I didnt notice any chill drains so I'll check for them too and report back
