Back on topic.......... the first Welsh Coronavirus patient has been identified as a towny. How can I convince my boss that I need to put my feet up and self isolate for a fortnight?
I (half) joked that one of our staff would be all over this Corona thing. He has more time off than someone who has a lot of time off.
Then he walked in. So I told him what I had said.
He told me that he was quite looking forward to having a fortnight in self - quarantine. I won't be surprised when he does it......
Yes previously that was what was thought but it's not the case. The deep cleaning is a sensible thing to do, takes under an hour per room and means it can be occupied rapidly rather than being closed for a day or so - it's the same process when someone has been in hospital with an infectious disease.

I never mentioned passports. Freedom of movement includes the right to live and settle in other EU countries. This right has been removed from British citizens from the end of this year. It is a loss whichever way to twist it.
Have a referendum on independence (if the eu is still around) and vote to stay independent.
Well, we haven’t got an automatic freedom of movement to live and settle in some pretty decent non-EU countries and neither have any other EU citizens. You have to apply to go and work in them and they get to choose who they want or need. I want that for the UK.
Thats exactly how it should be. Keeps the dross out.

Ive no interest in moving abroad, but it seems a shame that our younger generations wont be able to have that opportunity.
I used to go to France with my dog, but even that wont be possible now.
