wet room floor slope wrong

Hi chaps, the house I'm in has a supposed "wet room" containing a shower, bath, sink, toilet and bidet. The shower has a glass screen at one side, I suppose because it's next to the door, but is otherwise open to the room. Problem : the shower drain isn't at the lowest point. Most shower water goes down the shower drain but a considerable amount runs off the the far side of the room, passing under the bath as it goes. Horrible thought : maybe the floor was ok and there has been some subsidence since!? But I checked around with a reasonably long spirit level in the bathroom and adjoining areas and all looks ok. Obviously one option is to install a shower base and shower doors or curtain but that takes away the wet room feature. Could the floor be re-layed? "Self-levelling"stuff is of course what you don't want cos you need a slight slope lol.

There would surely be other signs - cracks in the walls, or a gap where the floor meets the wall. Or recent decoration over cracks etc.

Well, assuming that you don't want to raise the level of the threshold, you could break out the tiling (probably all of it because youll need to retank the floor before tiling again), then dig out some of the screed beneath it (assuming that there isn't any form of underfloor heating), relay the waste pipe from the shower to get the correct fall in the right direction and to allow for the waste trap to be at the correct height (assuming that it is possible to accommodate this), rescreed with the corrected floor falls towards the waste trap, retank the floor and finally redo all the tiling. It will probably be necessary to replace the shower trap nd possibly the waste pipes because after all they are only plastic and not really that robust, at least not when in contact with a breaker.

It is a lot of work and you need to be spot on with your levels (a 6ft level is probably a must), but it can be done
