Texecom Connect Problem

I have a Smartcom fitted to my Premier Elite 24.
It fails to report anything in area B.
However with area A it reports every action/event
I presume that something may be incorrectly set up.

are you using separate codes for different areas ?
have got texecom connect settings to report o all areas?

the list can go on but these are the most likely

As regards all area setting I will need to check when I return to home
 
then you need to loginto the app with the other code and make sure its got the notifications turned on for both codes, on your phone/s

Sorry for my delay in getting back
Just to go back to the beginning when I log into to the app. with either the master or the area A code the results shown are the same only area A results.
When I try to use the area B code the app does not let me log in.
I have tried to follow the installation manual but I am going round in circles and pulling my hair out !
Could you please if possible give me a step by step guide to the options to check and change please.
 
log in with master user can you see in manager users the other User?

if you can select it and make sure it can use the app and has notifications turned on etc.

then try and log in, update the thread

Sorry I am a little confused do you mean log into the app on my smartphone ?
Or log into the panel
I have looked in the app but cannot seem to find mannager
It lists all my codes and screen names.
 
so which users have access to which areas?

make sure you setup the users for notificatons
