Filling hard to reach hole in brick cavity wall

A rat has entered my property via a hole in a brick cavity wall through which some pipes run. Ideally I would fill it with cement, but I can't get to it because a pipe runs across it. Is there some kind of 'liquid cement' or similar from a gun that I could use? Note that expanding foam is no use as I've been told that rats can chew through it. Thanks for your help.

Hard to know if this will work. Stuff galvanized steel mesh deep in the hole. Then chuck mortar in little by little. Should clog/ form/ build up eventually.

Maybe I am thinking of the wrong situation.

You could knock up something with a plastic tube but it would take a couple of hours

A tube of solvent "no nails" type adhesive, with mesh if you like.

Thanks, I've managed to do it with some wire mesh stuffed in the hole, and then a cartridge of Stormdry repair mortar. Couldn't fit the cartridge gun in the gap either, so pushed it in by hand bit by bit, but it does seem to have worked.
Next question, the 'rat man' thought that the rat had got into the loft under the roof tiles and come down the cavity wall. They are curved pantiles and each has a sort of black plastic shield to cover the gap where they meet the gutter. But some 'shields' are broken. Can you buy them and if so, what are they called? Thanks again!
