butter JAM cream
MISWhen having a cream tea (Devon or Cornwall) an important component is the cup of Rosie Lee. What is the preferred way of making tea, milk in first, or the proper way ?
At college in the early 80's, we fed portions of laden scone to blindfold people and they could not tell the difference.
Bet it still hasn't washed out!
The college I went to then was a Food Technology College, we did this as part of our course!
