Hi..... firstly hope you are all safe and well out there !! Don't know if i am on the right forum but here goes . I had a kitchen fitted about 3 years ago and decided it was time to change the cooker hood filter. When i inspected the motor there was no filters on, so i checked in my garage on all the spares the firm had left me and low and behold there was two filters that had not been fitted. Now what i want to know is, there is provisions ie lugs on both side of the motor to fit two filters, do i fit the two filters, one on each side of the motor, or just one
cheers mickcoulson
be safe

Is your fan a recirculating or vented outside type , if the latter you probably don't need the filters, but may need to strip & clean the motor after 3 years of use. if the former then fit a filter on each side of the motor.
