uPVC window bottom rail sagging. Solution?

Lesson learnt - don't spec them too wide. These sashes are 113 cm wide. I can take an angle grinder to the point on the frame where they bind, but thats a bodge.

Can I expect to be able to squeeze the sash back into shape with a ratchet strap? Levering from below of course puts stress on the hinges.

I had similar problem, in my case the hinges were sagging new hinges cured it there may be a bit of adjustment in the hinge screws to lift it a little.
