looking for particular shower head

about a year ago I saw advertised a shower head that said it was water saving as it entrained air in the water droplets therby saving water and giving the water a softer airated feel
at the time I presumed it was like a champagne airater
however now I might like one I cant remember the makers name if anyone does know I would be grateful for them letting me know

I think I know which one it was, I saw one for that price advertised on YOUTUBE and bought it.
I found that once turned off, it dripped for ages, so I sent it back and got a full refund with no questions asked.It did feel good to use though.
