Adjusting pipework in screed floor

Hi, can someone advise? We would like to replace a radiator on this small wall that we are studding out using the old radiator pipes (where the plastic loop is shown). The old pipes are currently coming from the old extension where they are laid in screed.
Along with the two CH pipes (2nd and 3rd from left) there is the cold mains (far right) hot water from boiler (second from right) and an unknown pipe (left). The problem is that we dont want to dig up the 2 central heating pipes in the whole extension but the tails as they currently are placed are too far forward from the wall (even with the stud wall).

Can we dig deeper, cut the pipe and add pushfit fittings with an access cover? Where would be the best place to do this and what can we use as our pipe cutter wont fit? What can we use for an access box? The Hep20 boxes are too big

I would advise ripping it all up and starting again, once the concrete eats into the pipework and starts leaking, you will have to rip it up anyway.

How you keeping Andy?
Had to out to that house in Mill Hill yesterday. The leak under the sink ruined their very expensive kitchen unit, they had it replaced by a very expensive kitchen firm and the guy who did left them with more leaks from all the appliances than they had in the first place

The pipes have been in screed for 8 years and ripping it up will mean bringing up the flooring in the kitchen, bathroom and utility. Can we really not leave those pipes as is?

All well this end, I remember that kitchen, it looked like something from Star trek.

I hope the customer is claiming your cost to the kitchen fitter who fitted the new cupboard.

Of course you can leave the pipes as they are ,and deal with any of it that leaks at that time . Not particularly the best idea ,but its your choice.You can alter the copper pipe work to suit your rad position with soldered joints ,and get rid of that plastic abomination.

I'm am debating running new pipework in the extension loft however I'm not sure where the boiler return is. Can anyone help identify this pipe fitting which leads onto be the pipe on the far left? I'm not sure if gas or water but the pipe rum further down seems to be copper

Doesnt get warm when heating is on or hot water tap is on
