I have two pipes that need cutting and can't cut them with copper pipe cutter because they are close to the wall and you can't turn a cutter on them any ideas?

if they are scrap pipes that will never be used again, a multicutter.

the pipes will blunt the blades, but you can buy cheap ones and treat them as disposable. bimetallic or other more expensive blades will last longer but cost more. Beware, some brands of cutter use their own special design and will not fit other makes.

I'd be tempted to use a hacksaw, being careful to do it as close to right angles as possible. Then, assuming you want to end up with a gap between the 2 ends and that there's now some play in the pipe, use something like this (link):

to trim the pipe back on both sides. I'm sure other sizes and suppliers are available.
