My two bobs worth. Although backed by China, he's been the elephant in the room for them for a long time. They're obviously on their back foot with Covid, there will be repurcussions.
China send over a team of expert surgeons for a routine heart op, before you can say 'ballistic missiles' he's brown bread, Everyone's a winner.

Kim Jong Un is revered as a deity in NK. Gods don't have heart surgery so I'm guessing they're keeping a lid on things there.
