Installation of a Texecom V5 elite alarm. How do you connect the PIR TO THE PANEL

I have recently fitted a texecom elote v5 panel and have followed the wiring instructions for the keypad and strobe and that is all good. I have one pir for each zone 6 in total for a 8 zone panel so 2 zones won’t be used. The PIR has 6 wires connected to them but don’t know how to terminate the tamper and common and normally closed to the panel.

Your going to have fun if your struggling with easier part of the install !
Your alarm pair go to the zones and tamper wire need to be series up to aux tamp ....or use EOL resistors ....( a better option )

Doesn’t have an aux tamp on the panel, just a tamp for the sounder. There is an aux/fault terminals. I have wired the keypad and siren box already. I’m assuming the zone I’m using goes into each part on the zone one which matches the single detector and the other two terminals on the pir which are the tamp go ?

EOL control panel.
If you are struggling with this so far do not start changing and programming parameters that you do not under stand.

you will need 2.2k and 4.7k resistors to wire the pir to each zone.

Sounds like you are going to struggle, there are services available to help with remote guidance in setting up your system.

definitely better on this particular panel to use EOL, but what PIR's and contacts did you get?
Just the panels don't come with resistor packs anymore, and only the metal 48,88,168 have double pole wiring available.

The Aux/ Fault is the auxiliary tamper.
