The trade routes to europe that matter are being kept open indefinitely. Transport along them is seen as critical so drivers etc are part of that group. Starve otherwise. They probably have enough BMW's kicking about here.
On a different note started looking at the so called SAGE meeting minutes. Not that they are minutes - consensus views instead. One thing they point out is that any instructions to the public etc must be dead clear and easy to understand. Even suggesting traffic light type indications on what can and can't be done.
Get back to work if you can - use the car was mentioned as it does socially isolate - push bike etc or walk or maybe even jog. This seems to be down to the chairman of the 1922 committee who feels too many are on furlough that could work. Problems at work - nought to do with them - pass problems to the business take no notice of how efficient it finishes up which will alter profits. Over 1/3 of the working population is working now.
Suddenly I can drive to exercise where I like and sunbath etc. Parks full of spaced people with picnics there all day. S#d any others. Drive into wale - no.
Higher proportions of all types of critical workers are getting infected than the general population.

Masks are now recommended in same situations where they are needed in parts of China. Also by the look of it in some countries in europe.

Except the risks to MPs avg age = frigin old is about 10-20 times the risk to kids.
