How do I remove a wireless sensor from galaxy flex.

Hi guys.
I'm setting up my first wireless motion sensors (IRP18M)
I added them both and both got recognised and I named the zone etc.
I did a walk test and 1 was working fine but the other wasn't and I looked and it said Tamper S/C
So I took the battery out for a bit and went back to the working one to change the pet setting but when I put the cover back on that seems to have stopped responding now as well and now reports Tamper O/C.
The covers and tamper switches are all pressed down so I thought I would delete them from the alarm and re-add them, but I can't find anywhere in the settings to remove them so I can try re adding them.
Thanks

You delete the RF device serial number under the zone options.

Are you sure you've got the back mounting plate on, as it has a tamper that's in series with the front cover tamper.

Thanks Galaxy guy
They are both on yeah.
I like I say one paired 1st time and worked fine but then I took the cover off to adjust the sensitivity it and made sure both covers were secure but now that's stuck on tamper O/C.
But the other sensors not worked properly at all yet it paired ok but that reported tamper short circuit which I'm presuming is the inside tamper but the covers were both in again.
I'm going to try re adding them.
Thanks

That sounds odd. I don't think the RF device can be short circuit. Is this mapped over a physical zone and what is in the zone resistor wise? If not mapped over a zone, try power cycling the RF portal, as it seems to have gone into a bad state.

Thanks I'm not sure what's going on maybe they're both faulty or not.
I cycled the power and deleted the serial number and re added them by pressing the tamper instead of the the auto learn and they both got recognised fine and added to a zone.
But when I go on display zone they both show closed and when I do a walk test I'm getting no feedback.
But if I take the covers off I do get a tamper alert so it's picking something up.
I was wondering wether it's the 3 sliders I have set wrong in the sensor as they were on V2 protocol but I changed them to Alpha and still nothing.
The actual sensor LEDs flicker though when I walk past them I wouldn't say a full on flash more of flickering twice.
Have you had similar ?
Cheers

Flickering isn't right. Are the batteries new?
Yeah they were still sealed in a wrapper.
I'm having more progress now with them I'm getting feedback on the walk test but only if in the exact position the sensor was in when I added it.
So I've just left them there for now to keep a check on them
