Just when London got control of CoViD

No idea of the protest demographic, but idiocy is fairly well spread in the general population.
...and yet we are assured these same people were sufficiently knowledgeable regarding the intricacies of the EU and knew what they were voting for in the referendum.

As for the Government, I am beginning to think they do not know how many people live in England.

Tell the people they can go out after a couple of months isolating and - oh my goodness, aren't there a lot of them? Perhaps we should have opened the toilets.

Also, only use the buses, trains and tube if you have to and keep your distance - oh, ok then, the people only used to pack in like sardines for pleasure.

Well, perhaps if you feel people aren't sufficiently informed, we shouldn't bother with elections, or any other type of voting. The vast majority, don't give a stuff or are in slightest bit interested in politics.

Clever enough to vote on complex issues but too dumb to follow rules. Cognitive dissonance of titanic proportions.

Over 41000 Bournemouth residents voted to remain in the EU

Do you think none of them are on that beach.?

It doesn't matter.

It's the leavers that we are always told are not stupid and knew exactly what they were doing.

Anyway, probably not; they can go when it's quiet.

The lockdown ended with cummings.

In your mind, maybe. In the real world, it ended when the sun came out.

People have been complaining about crowded promenades, beachfronts, and the like, for weeks. If you want to go back through R5L via BBC Sounds it's all there (usually around 3am!)

and are in a higher risk group.

They're at a higher risk because they aren't following the rules. This 'protest' is a typical example. Nothing to do with biology. Few years ago an African leader advised his people to stop using condoms as it was the white man's conspiracy to stop them breeding. Even though the continent was well into the Aids epidemic. The attitude may be the same now. Don't follow whitey's lockdown rules because they're trying to oppress us with them.

Not a good idea to automatically take as read the bilge that's spoon fed to you by the liberal propaganda merchants/press, etc.

Luckily no-one follows the bilge that Regan spouts, either.
