Hello,
I have Accenta Mini G4 alarm system with keypad with 4 PIR. I had this problem about 3 days ago when you try to set it will not set up and will contiously bleep.
All 4 PIRS have stopped working and the prog key when pressed it comes with Tamper lock.
All zones are showing 0000000 not showing which zone has problem.
I wonder what may have gone wrong.
Please help.

Tamper lock out is telling you have a tamper fault, this could be bell box,control panel,or a detector.

Thank you Handymanjo,
Siren and strobe is working fine, but all 4 Pirs does not show any light but I don't know which might have failed.
Do you think replacing all 4Pirs or Control Panel (PCB) might resolve the issue.

Are the pir's not lighting up when you walk in front of them ?
If so could be a blown fuse.
If this is the case then could be possible faulty battery, damaged cable or other issues.

If you are checking fuses are you competent.
Control panel will have 230volts inside.

Hi,
After the Alarm Technician fixed the system which works fine but I have couple of problems.

1.The Informa Dialler doesn't show any power. Does it mean it is dead? Can it be repaired? Can anyone suggest company or person to repair or look into what is wrong. Please let me have any contact name and telephone number.

2. The Set button on RKP would not work when you try exist. It works if you press code to set system.

Please can anyone advise what might be wrong.

What did the technician fix?
Where these faults present o your system when the technician came or did this start after would ?

I explained him about faults and he opened the panel worked out what may be wrong and fixed it.

The problem with alarm doesn't go into set mode happen and realised that dialler is not working later on.

I hope there is a solution to resolve this problem.

Did the engineer set and unset the system after fault was diagnosed.
Call then back if still faulty
What does it say on his work sheet does it say left working .
